Review and Publication Policies

  • Integral Law Review peer-reviewed journal which follows double-blind methods, which means that both the reviewer/editors and the author identities are concealed from the reviewers/editors, and vice versa, throughout the review process.  

  • The corresponding author is solely responsible for managing communication between co-authors and Integral Law Review. The corresponding author must ensure that all authors are included in the author list, and they are aware that the paper was submitted, and must provide a declaration of the same in the email.

  • The corresponding author must ensure that all references and citations are correct, and the submissions do not contain any material that infringes the copyright, or is defamatory in nature and must provide a declaration of the same in the email.

  • The Board of Editors reserves the right for modification in the manuscript to maintain the standard and quality of the submission, as per the standards. In case of any conflicts, the decision of the Board of Editors shall be the final.

  • We take ninety (90) days to communicate our decision regarding publication, and process, publish, and distribute journal submissions accepted for publication, at the end of  September, every year.

  • When you submit a manuscript to the Integral Law Review, we will take it to imply that the manuscript has not already been published or submitted elsewhere. You must not submit your manuscript elsewhere while it is under consideration at the Integral Law Review.
